Northern Lights Opens Permanent Location
Two years after opening its doors for the first time, the Northern Lights Casino in Prince Albert has moved. Dignitaries and Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) officials gathered at the casino at the end of March to celebrate the opening of its permanent location.

The Battleford's Tribal Council (BTC) has joined the growing list of tribal councils that are recognizing their young students' artistic abilities. The Prince Albert Grand Council (PAGC) was the first to begin the Fine Arts festival concept seven years ago. The Saskatoon Tribal Council (STC) followed suit in 1994.
